The Home of Hepcat

Taking inspiration from the spirit of South-East London, we’ve built an industry-leading brand and team never taking our eyes off the pursuit of quality and innovative brewing.

In 2023 we launched the world’s first carbon-negative offset-free beers through radical change in our supply chain and tech innovation.

At Gipsy Hill we have produced over 300 unique specials, celebrating experimentation and representing our teams and community. We’ve taken all the experience and brewing know-how to craft one of London’s leading Session-IPA’s in our hero beer - Hepcat.

Hepcat voted 30th best beer driving category in the UK, We Are Beer 2024.

Sustained 30% (avg) uplift in ROS post sampling activation (Hepcat in On-trade).
