Hepcat, our Session IPA and hero beer, captures everything we stand for to this day - full flavoured and deliciously moreish. Hepcat’s quality and style gives drinkers and publicans more in every pour.
At Gipsy Hill we have produced over 300 unique specials, celebrating experimentation and representing our teams and community.
We’ve taken all the experience and brewing know-how to craft one of London’s leading Session-IPAs in our hero beer – Hepcat.
