The Brand Activation Executive acts as a brand ambassador for Sunrise Beverages, bringing our portfolio of premium brands to life through engaging consumer and customer experiences across the UK.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, this role focuses on delivering high-quality brand experiences through sampling, customer activations, trade shows and events. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, the role supports brand visibility, product trial and customer engagement while ensuring our brands are represented in a professional, engaging and premium way at every interaction.

The Fill Engineer/Driver role is a nationwide, operational position requiring a high level of flexibility. This job is not a standard 9-5 position, and start times will vary daily. Shifts may begin in the early hours of the morning, for example, starting at 4am. Weekly work plans are provided in advance.

The role involves working within pubs and restaurants, where equipment is located, to carry out full servicing of system components. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate filling and servicing of equipment, including reading and recording metering data, and ensuring systems are maintained to the highest standards, and will work effectively as part of a team.

As this is a customer-facing role, you will represent the company on-site, so a professional and presentable appearance is essential. A clean, valid driving licence is required.

This is a practical, hands-on role supporting day-to-day operations across the brewery, bottling, and yard areas, with occasional tasks carried out in the office.

The position is varied and fast-paced, involving a mix of production support, goods handling, site maintenance, and basic administrative duties. The role requires someone adaptable, reliable, and comfortable turning their hand to a wide range of tasks - from unloading deliveries and wrapping pallets to completing production paperwork and helping keep the site tidy.

You’ll work closely with production teams to ensure smooth workflow, accurate traceability, and a well-maintained working environment. A willingness to get involved wherever needed and to contribute positively to the overall running of the site is essential.

We’re looking for a high-calibre S&OP Lead to own the end-to-end demand and planning cycle. You’ll lead the planning process, support effective inventory management, and provide clear performance insight to help the business manage risk, control cost, and deliver service.

You’ll bring financial rigour, strong analysis, and practical tools to improve performance, enable confident planning, and unlock growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in the detail while also keeping sight of the bigger picture.

This role suits someone with proven S&OP experience and a strong ambition to develop into Finance Business Partnering, with a focus on supporting the supply side of the organisation.

This newly created role will be responsible for owning and driving performance management across the organisation, alongside supporting learning and development, leadership capability, engagement, and recognition initiatives.

You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of performance frameworks. Success in this role will directly impact the company's performance by embedding a culture of high achievement, engagement, and continuous development.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert on performance management. You will ensure managers are trained, capable, and held accountable for developing their teams.
